Chris Ramey's job is to use his deep knowledge of workflow & color grading to create a safe haven for the filmmakers that have been ravaged by the shooting & editing stages of film production.
For a decade, Chris was the in-house Finishing & Online Editor at The Criterion Collection. He crafted & graded broadcast quality deliverables on hundreds of original video interviews, documentaries & archival materials for DVD, Blu-ray & VOD.
Chris Ramey received his degree in 2002 from the School of Visual Arts. While in the Computer Art Department, he studied compositing & motion graphics, started using Final Cut Pro version 1.0 & received the Rhodes Family Award.
